Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original delivery of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

How long does it take to get the refund?

Your refund will be processed once your product has been successfully returned and inspected by our team. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to then be processed back to your payment service provider (e.g. Paypal).

Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending on paypal policies and we do no have any control over it.

For cancelling your order, you should email to [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order. All orders are shipped in 24 hours time and once shipped, it is has not possible to cancel the order. In cases the cancellation is received after 24 hours and package has been shipped, the buyer will be charged a restocking fees and return shipping fees @ 10% of order total or $15 whichever is larger.
